Столкнулся с такой проблемой после обновления старой ОС и попытке собрать/обновить net-snmp:

# pkg autoremove
# portsnap fetch update
# pkg search perl
# pkg install perl5-5.20.2_5
# cd /usr/ports/net-mgmt/net-snmp
# make install clean
